OUR Services

Comprehensive Family Medicine

In an era of family physician shortage, where 2.2 million Ontarians are without a family doctor, we are committed to the well being of our rostered patients. We are one of the rare clinics operational where our doctors solely provide comprehensive family medicine from newborn vaccines to the care of the elderly. Our doctors do not provide walk-in clinic service as we believe in comprehensive family medicine where we know our patients. We aim to achieve the highest level of care possible for our enrolled patients.

On Site Pharmacy with Pharmacist Support

As of January 1, 2023, pharmacists in Ontario are authorized to prescribe medications for 13 minor ailments including:

  • Allergic rhinitis
  • Candidal stomatitis (oral thrush)
  • Conjunctivitis (bacterial, allergic and viral)
  • Dermatitis (atopic, eczema, allergic and contact)
  • Dysmenorrhea
  • Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Herpes labialis (cold sores)
  • Impetigo
  • Insect bites and urticaria (hives)
  • Tick bites, post-exposure prophylaxis to prevent Lyme disease
  • Musculoskeletal sprains and strains
  • Urinary tract infections (uncomplicated)

Minor ailments are described as health conditions that can be managed  with minimal treatment and/or self-care strategies. Additional criteria  include:

  • Usually a short-term condition
  • Lab results aren’t usually required
  • Low risk of treatment masking underlying conditions
  • No medication or medical history red flags that could suggest a more serious condition
  • Only minimal or short-term follow-up is required

In the unlikely event when a patient is not able to reach our doctors, patients are encouraged to speak to our pharmacist to find out what  healthcare services might be right for their needs.

Travel Medicine Clinic

Contrary to popular belief, travel medicine is actually not an OHIP covered service. This means that when you ask your family doctor which vaccines you should get while going away to another country, or general travel advice while going overseas, your doctor is not compensated by OHIP for this visit. Luckily, our pharmacies and pharmacists are well versed in these topics. Please speak to our pharmacist or staff member regarding your travel needs.

New to Canada? No OHIP coverage? No problem!

Our non-OHIP rates for visitors to Canada are competitively priced. Simply contact our intake staff and we will arrange for private payment for non-OHIP patients.

Well Baby Care

We offer prenatal and post-natal care for both mothers and babies. Care starts with the mother's first prenatal check up, and ongoing care continues through their childhood years.

Obstetric Prenatal Care

We offer prenatal and post-natal care for mothers. Care starts with the mother's first prenatal check up and continues until delivery and aftercare.

Immunizations and Flu vaccines

We provide all publicly funded vaccinations on site and several non-funded immunizations.
